• Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Queensland.
• Typical delivery is 2–7 business days depending on your state.
• We ship within Australia only.
• Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves.

Returns

• 30 days from delivery to change your mind.
• Gear must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Start a return through the contact form with your order number — we'll send the return address.
• Refunds land on your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
• Faulty item? We cover return postage and replace or refund, your call.

Exchanges

Sizing miss? Fastest path is a return + fresh order so your size doesn't sell out while the post does its thing. Limited-edition gis can't be re-ordered once sold out, so email us first and we'll hold your size where we can.
