We prioritize customer satisfaction. Full refunds are available for unopened and unused products, while partial refunds may apply if the original packaging is not included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Warranty claims must be handled with care. If you receive a product with visible defects, please take photos and send them to us for resolution. We will follow up promptly to address the issue.
